ما هذه السياسة

VITA تطبيق يربط المراجع بطبيبه وبالمختبر ومركز الأشعة والسونار والصيدلية. هذه السياسة تشرح أي بيانات نحفظها، ومن يراها، وما حقّك فيها.
باستخدامك التطبيق أنت توافق على ما فيها. إن لم توافق فلا تنشئ حساباً.

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، المحافظة، رقم الهاتف أو البريد، وأفراد العائلة الذين تضيفهم.
البيانات الطبية: الحجوزات، ملاحظات الزيارة والتشخيص، الوصفات، طلبات ونتائج التحاليل، تقارير وصور الأشعة والسونار، الحساسية والأمراض المزمنة، وعلاجاتك ومواعيد جرعاتها.
بيانات مقدّمي الخدمة: اسم العيادة أو المركز، العنوان، أرقام الاتصال، أوقات العمل، والصورة.
الرسائل والصور والتسجيلات الصوتية التي يتبادلها الطبيب مع المختبر أو المركز أو الصيدلية بخصوص طلب.
معرّف الجهاز اللازم لإيصال الإشعارات.

أنت، وصاحب الحساب الذي أضافك فرداً في عائلته.
الطبيب الذي حجزتَ عنده أو راجعته.
المختبر أو مركز الأشعة أو السونار أو الصيدلية التي أُرسل لها طلبك، أو التي أعطيتها رقم VITA أو الباركود الخاص بك.
نتيجة التحليل تُفتح لمن يحمل باركود الوصل. احفظ الوصل كما تحفظ أي ورقة طبية.
لا يرى مشترك بيانات مراجع لم يتعامل معه. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعطيها لشركات الإعلان.

تُحفظ على خوادم سحابية خارج العراق (قاعدة بيانات Supabase وتخزين ملفات Cloudflare)، والاتصال بها مشفّر.
الإشعارات تمرّ عبر خدمة Google Firebase، ويصلها نص الإشعار ومعرّف الجهاز فقط.
كل حساب يرى ما يخصّه وحده، وكلمات المرور لا تُحفظ بنصّها.
لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً. إن علمنا بتسرّب يمسّ بياناتك نخبرك.

أن ترى بياناتك وتصحّحها من داخل التطبيق.
أن تحذف حسابك من الإعدادات. تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية، وقد يحتفظ الطبيب أو المركز بسجلّه الطبي عنك كما يوجب عليه عمله.
أن توقف الإشعارات من الإعدادات.

التطبيق وسيلة تنظيم وتذكير، وليس بديلاً عن الطبيب. تذكير الجرعات وفحوص الوصفة تساعد ولا تضمن؛ القرار الطبي للطبيب والصيدلاني.
في الحالات الطارئة راجع أقرب مستشفى.

إن غيّرنا السياسة نغيّر تاريخها أعلاه ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق.
للاستفسار أو لطلب يخصّ بياناتك تواصل مع إدارة VITA عبر وسيلة الاتصال التي وصلتك منها بيانات اشتراكك أو عبر صفحة «عن التطبيق».

VITA connects a patient with their doctor, laboratory, radiology and sonar centre and pharmacy. This policy says what we keep, who sees it and what your rights are.
By using the app you agree to it. If you do not, do not create an account.

Account details: name, date of birth, gender, governorate, phone or e-mail, and the family members you add.
Medical details: bookings, visit notes and diagnoses, prescriptions, lab orders and results, radiology and sonar reports and images, allergies and chronic conditions, and your treatments and their dose times.
Providers' details: the name of the clinic or centre, address, phone numbers, hours and photo.
Messages, pictures and voice notes exchanged between a doctor and a lab, centre or pharmacy about an order.
The device identifier needed to deliver notifications.

You, and the account holder who added you as a member of their family.
The doctor you booked with or visited.
The lab, radiology or sonar centre or pharmacy your order was sent to, or that you gave your VITA number or QR code to.
A lab result opens for whoever holds the receipt's QR code. Keep the receipt as you would any medical paper.
A subscriber does not see a patient they have not dealt with. We do not sell your data or give it to advertisers.

On cloud servers outside Iraq (a Supabase database and Cloudflare file storage), over an encrypted connection.
Notifications pass through Google Firebase, which receives only the notification's text and the device identifier.
Each account sees only what is its own, and passwords are not kept as written.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a leak that touches your data we tell you.

To see and correct your details in the app.
To delete your account from Settings. Your personal details are deleted; a doctor or centre may keep its medical record of you as its work requires.
To turn notifications off from Settings.

Details of anyone under eighteen are added and managed by their guardian from the guardian's account.

The app organises and reminds; it does not replace a doctor. Dose reminders and prescription checks help and do not guarantee; the medical decision is the doctor's and the pharmacist's.
In an emergency go to the nearest hospital.

If we change this policy we change its date above and tell you in the app.
