How to delete your account

1. Open the VITA app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose "Delete account permanently" at the foot of the page.
4. Read what will be deleted, wait for the countdown, then confirm with the account's password (or, for subscribers, the subscription's username and password).

What is deleted

• A patient's account: the account, its health file and those of its family members: bookings, prescriptions, lab tests, radiology and attachments.
• A doctor's account: the page, photos and clinic records: bookings, walk-in patients, prescriptions, visit notes, secretary accounts and financial reports. The subscription ends.
• A laboratory's, centre's or pharmacy's account: the account and its orders, results, conversations and attachments. The subscription ends.
• Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; nobody can restore the account afterwards.

What may be kept

• A doctor or centre may keep its medical record of a patient who deleted their account, as its work requires.
